Facebook share button goes down, not working

Today famous Facebook share button is not working on many sites including Youtube, instead of giving image it just puts word "share" and instead of direct publishing it requires user to re-enter the URL !!

This happened to share buttons not using Facebook JS SDK, and using code like :

It is apparently Facebook issue.

It is not known until now if this is a bug need to be fixed or a decision from Facebook to force developers use Facebook JS SDK or like button.

It is very annoying for webmasters and users !
