For Making the draw , There were Four Levels for the teams : Australia , Uzbekistan,Iran and Japan were at Level one . At level two there were Korea Republic , Saudi Arabia , United Arab Emirate and Jordan . Iraq , Oman , Qatar and China were at level three . Kuwait , Bahrain , DPR Korea and AFC Challenge Cup 2014 winner were at level four .
